Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hiring across technology and business functions, including AI/ML, robotics, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Create structured recruitment frameworks, interview loops, SLAs, hiring dashboards, and documentation systems.
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring in high-growth product/technology organizations.
- Proven ability to build recruitment processes, frameworks, and TA teams.
