Role Overview:

• This is a senior individual contributor role focused on delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across complex technology functions.
• You will own recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate workforce priorities into targeted sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build pipelines for competitive talent markets using direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and communities.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms to enhance sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant expertise recruiting for technology roles.
• Proven track record of hiring senior, niche, and hard-to-find talent across Engineering and related functions.
• Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and talent-pipeline development capabilities, with experience using recruiting metrics and AI tools.
