Contract Technology Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Recruit specialized technology talent across software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, and product.
• Lead advanced sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, and creative approaches.
• Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers, driving informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant technology talent focus.
• Exceptional advanced sourcing capability and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Strong consultative stakeholder management skills and technical recruiting fluency.

Additional Information:

• Role may be performed remotely or from offices in NY, NJ, or FL.
