Own the end-to-end recruitment process with a data-driven approach to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies for priority hires.
Manage full-cycle hiring including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI and monitor hiring pace.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Greenhouse ATS and high-volume workflows.
Background in high-growth startups and talent attraction.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
