About the Role:
- We are seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Go-To-Market and G&A teams
- You will operate as a versatile recruiting generalist, shifting focus to evolving business needs
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, or Operations teams
- Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, and Greenhouse
