Recruiter (Full-Cycle)

ABOUT THE GLOBAL TALENT CO.:

• We run full-cycle recruitment for our clients from kickoff through to placement.
• We are building a remote-first team combining strong fundamentals with modern, AI-enabled tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end for client roles.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading kickoff calls and aligning on requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using a mix of traditional methods and AI tools.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally full-cycle/full-desk recruiting.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and workflow.
• High sense of ownership and strong communication skills with clients and candidates.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience recruiting in a specific industry/vertical (e.g., tech, professional services).
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Prior experience in an agency or staffing environment.
