About the Role:
- SpaceXAI is seeking a Growth Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across Human Data roles.
- You will work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with recruiters and hiring stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own candidate communications and coordinate hiring workflows from outreach through close.
- Maintain requisitions and pipeline data in the ATS, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
- Identify process gaps and update documentation to improve recruiting operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle candidate correspondence.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and high-volume hiring in a startup.
Compensation:
- US candidates receive $32-$52 per hour plus equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.
- International compensation is provided during the recruitment process.
