Act as primary point of contact for candidates, providing itineraries, interview guidance, and expense support.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations, ideally in a technology or cybersecurity SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, and automated scheduling tools like GoodTime or Calendly.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
