What you will be getting involved in:
- Support the end-to-end talent coordination process, from requisition opening through to an employee's Day One.
- Maintain and optimize Ashby, our applicant tracking system, so it works smoothly for hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Schedule interviews across time zones, keeping the experience seamless for candidates and interviewers.
What you might bring to the table:
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple moving parts at once.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and new hires.
- Experience with an ATS, calendar scheduling tools, and HR systems.
What we offer:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.
