You will manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams and help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as GC AI grows.

What You'll Do:

Drive recruiting and scheduling logistics end-to-end, with a focus on building scheduling automations and workflows in Ashby.
Use AI tools to rethink how recruiting operations get done, identify manual workflows, and turn them into scalable automations.
Own the candidate experience at every stage by building trust through clear communication and genuine care.

What You've Done:

2-3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience with expertise using Ashby.
Experience coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple roles and teams.
