Recruitment Coordinator

Client Partnership:

• Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move candidates through the interview process.
• Attend stakeholder and feedback meetings with recruiting partners.
• Work with cross-functional partners to develop and improve recruiting processes.

Candidate Experience:

• Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent.
• Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage room booking for interviewers and on-site interviews.

Operational Excellence:

• Manage calendars across various time zones.
• Demonstrate high-level organizational and attention to detail.
• Adapt to the ever-changing environment of talent acquisition.
