Role Overview:

• As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring every step of the hiring process runs smoothly.
• You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to craft an experience that leaves a lasting positive impression on candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics including time zones and video conferencing setups.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates during the scheduling process, keeping them informed of next steps and timelines.
• Manage the recruiting team’s calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize time for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Recruiting Ops, with familiarity in Workday and Microsoft suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
