Recruiting Coordinator

Role Overview:

• This is a contract Recruiting Coordinator role central to keeping the hiring process running smoothly.
• You will own interview scheduling end-to-end and act as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
• The role is fully remote based in the United States.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex interview panels across multiple time zones with clear, professional communications.
• Draft scheduling confirmations, reminders, and offer logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate virtual interviews, calendar management, and support other recruiting operations tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or executive scheduling.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook calendar management.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse or Lever considered).

Role Details:

• Contract length through December 31, 2026, up to 40 hours per week.
• Hourly rate range of $24-28 based on experience.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.
