About the Role:
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional recruiting experience.
- This is a 6-month contract position with potential to extend or convert to full-time.
- You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, hiring managers, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruiting process, including phone screens, assessments, and panel interviews.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with thoughtful, consistent communication.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to keep processes running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in recruiting coordination or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex scheduling across time zones.
- Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment, with excellent communication skills.
