Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day credentialing workflows and support the full lifecycle of provider onboarding.
  • Collect, review, and validate provider documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain provider data across systems and monitor license renewals proactively.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Medical Practice, Care Delivery Operations, Legal, Compliance, and People teams.
  • Manage inbound requests through support channels and assist with provider offboarding.
  • Support broader practice compliance functions and contribute to process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bring 2-4 years of experience in healthcare licensing and credentialing.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work.
  • Have an operational mindset with clear communication and high ownership skills.
