Site Head of Contracting

About the Role:

• You will serve as the senior contracting leader for the Bloomington manufacturing site, providing strategic oversight of customer contracts, quality agreements, supplier contracts, and contracting operations.
• You will partner closely with site leadership and business functions to support growth, ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiation of complex customer agreements, including CDMO master services agreements, development agreements, and statements of work.
• Support quality agreement strategy and execution, ensuring clear allocation of GMP, quality, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Lead and develop contracting professionals, establishing performance goals and building organizational capability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with a JD or equivalent law degree, or master’s degree in legal studies, business, or contract management.
• 5+ years of commercial contracting, legal, procurement, or contract management experience with demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and operating within a regulated industry; pharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.
