What You'll Own:
- Build multi-level relationships within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive license expansion.
- Partner with clients to build a clear, outcomes-driven roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership.
- Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing at the executive level.
