Produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts and oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts. You will also lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. This role involves providing strategic leadership to clients, being the sales relationship manager between FedEx and ServiceNow, and working with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer outcomes. Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients, overseeing worldwide development of assigned accounts, and achieving financial targets.
