Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support and eventually manage a team of Account Executives.
  • Own forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management.
  • Partner with Marketing, Deployment Strategy, and Solutions to optimize GTM strategy.

Coaching and Enablement:

  • Actively coach and support reps in their territories.
  • Help design and implement enablement programs.
  • Build a pipeline development strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience with complex SaaS or data platforms.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting or leading sales teams.
  • Deep familiarity with government procurement and contracting processes.
