Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and eventually manage a team of Account Executives.
- Own forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management.
- Partner with Marketing, Deployment Strategy, and Solutions to optimize GTM strategy.
Coaching and Enablement:
- Actively coach and support reps in their territories.
- Help design and implement enablement programs.
- Build a pipeline development strategy.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience with complex SaaS or data platforms.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting or leading sales teams.
- Deep familiarity with government procurement and contracting processes.
