Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs across the plant and enterprise.
  • Assist in assessing organizational and role-based development needs and contribute to the creation of training materials.
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and help plan and coordinate training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or 2 years equivalent experience.
  • Effective facilitation and presentation skills for classroom and virtual audiences.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting training programs in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple training methods and experience using Microsoft Office is preferred.
