Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and become the primary point of contact for stakeholders in Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Map client event calendars and proactively position services for every opportunity.
  • Coordinate sales, creative, and production teams through deal cycles.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to communicate value and align on priorities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for pipeline, notes, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales, preferably at an event agency.
  • Track record of retaining and growing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Experience taking over accounts from sales reps and becoming the client's trusted partner.
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder environments and earning credibility with executives.
  • CRM fluency required (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Impact Timeline:

  • Within 1 month: Introduce portfolio, build stakeholder maps, audit pipelines.
  • Within 3 months: Lead strategic touchpoints, document expansion opportunities, establish team rhythms.
  • Within 6 months: Maintain strong retention, close expansion business, become clients' first call.
