**Strategy & System Architecture:**
- Formulate and execute a multi-quarter vision for advertiser fraud detection and enforcement.
- Independently prioritize high-impact risks like account takeover, payment/billing fraud, cloaking, deceptive ads, and network abuse.
**Deep Analytics & Investigations:**
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex, multi-entity fraud networks and sophisticated adversarial tactics.
- Drive root-cause analysis and map cluster infrastructure to prevent recurring abuse.
**Product/XFN Delivery:**
- Partner directly with Data Science and Engineering to translate investigative findings into high-precision detection logic, risk scores, and automated enforcement pipelines.
- Serve as the primary Safety SME interfacing with Ads Product, Ads Engineering, and Policy teams to align on shared risks.
**Playbook & Methodology Development:**
- Design, document, and standardize operational playbooks, escalation frameworks, QA standards, and feedback loops.
- Synthesize complex adversarial dynamics into strategic guidance for senior leadership.
