Job Description

The Project Assistant provides administrative support to the project management team for construction projects, or other specified projects or departments. Primary responsibilities include arranging job start necessities such as printers, job start kits, OSHA posters, tablets, binders, and signage. They will ensure safety documentation is up-to-date and manage PPE supplies. The assistant supports travel arrangements, planning itineraries, and scheduling meetings, and entering SOLV Craft time into Exactime and helping track equipment via Sunscreen. The role also involves preparing communications and reports as required, along with assisting in the mobilization and demobilization of jobsite trailers. Invoice processing (coding and approval in CMiC), contract preparation and management, vendor setup, and subcontractor compliance tracking are also part of the job. These duties help facilitate smooth project operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
