Strategic Senior Project Manager

This role will lead the project management of large-scale, multi-year, global or regional initiatives and manage effective tracking mechanisms. The role will also drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives identified by the NorAm Strategy function. This position supports the Strategy function with preparation of presentation with data and insights gathering and other analytical projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage assigned initiatives, working effectively with segment and functional stakeholders. Monitor, track and help accelerate progress of the initiatives by proactive understanding of initiatives and successful relationship management Set up and maintain tools and visualizations to facilitate clear and impactful management of initiatives and their progress – e.g., SmartSheet, Power BI dashboards Support ongoing NorAm strategy presentations including annual strategy roadmap, board meetings, and NorAm leadership meetings with PowerPoint creation and data support Support other ad hoc strategy & planning team projects as needed.
