Lead high-priority strategic projects tied to commercialization, growth, operational optimization, and company scaling
Frame ambiguous or complex issues into structured problem statements, strategic options, and clear recommendations for leadership
Develop decision frameworks, scenario analyses, and executive-ready materials that support key company decisions

Operating Cadence & Execution:

Build and maintain management dashboards for company KPIs, strategic priorities, and key business risks
Drive follow-through on the company’s most important strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and escalating issues when needed
Ensure cross-functional initiatives have clear objectives, decision points, accountability, and execution plans

Research, Analysis, & Insight Generation:

Lead market, customer, policy, and competitive analyses to inform strategic choices
Build and refine market models, business cases, and scenario analyses, including TAM/SAM/SOM and other driver-based frameworks
Coordinate across operations, engineering, product, policy, and other teams in a highly regulated environment
