Assist in coordinating logistics for regional tradeshows, customer dinners, and in-person events, covering venue selection and vendor management.
Manage guest lists, registration, follow-up communications, and reporting to ensure smooth event execution and support onsite setup.

Webinar & Digital Event Management:

Partner in scheduling webinars, handling platform setup, speaker coordination, and live-day support to drive engagement.
Execute promotional emails and landing pages with the GDR team, tracking attendance and contributing to post-event nurture plans.

Campaign & Content Support:

Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to localize messaging and promotional assets for regional healthcare audiences.
Ensure field assets like presentations and swag are up-to-date and delivered on time, while coordinating speakers for events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data:

Work closely with Sales, MarOps, and Digital teams to align on regional goals and maintain project timelines for stakeholders.
Support tracking of event metrics in HubSpot and Salesforce, assisting in ROI reporting and lead generation analysis.
