About the Role:
- Seeking a Patient Growth Specialist to support the expansion of our virtual cardiac rehabilitation program.
- Ideal for candidates with a clinical or exercise science background.
- Combine patient education with performance-driven outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to eligible cardiac patients identified through health system partners.
- Educate patients on cardiac rehabilitation, program expectations, and clinical benefits in a clear, reassuring way.
- Use strong objection-handling and motivational interviewing techniques to drive enrollment and attendance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related clinical field.
- Background in one or more of the following: Exercise physiology, Cardiac rehabilitation, Clinical care coordination, Patient education or health coaching.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with cardiac patients.
