Job Description

Product Operations enable the achievement of product and business outcomes. Product Operations is responsible for process improvement design, tooling, automation, and leading all related cross-functional work and communication. This role partners with their assigned Product team on top business initiatives, acting as a strategic enabler by driving operational clarity, optimizing processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to accelerate decision-making and execution. Some of the responsibilities include leading and managing high-priority, cross-functional projects across the entire Product Development Lifecycle for their assigned Product team and drive change initiatives that streamline business processes and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The Product Operations Manager position requires 3 – 5 years of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
