Team Manager Brazil Security & IT

Responsibilities:

• Build and continuously evolve continuous delivery processes that improve predictability and operational efficiency.
• Implement and strengthen agile practices, ensuring effective adoption by development teams.
• Define and monitor flow and delivery metrics, including lead time, cycle time, throughput, and DORA metrics.
• Lead capacity planning and support delivery forecasting using historical data.
• Build dashboards and management reports for team performance visibility.
• Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in agile and engineering delivery management.
• Proven experience with flow metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of DORA metrics and probabilistic forecasting techniques.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and use tools like Jira or Azure Boards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge or certification in Kanban (KMP) is desirable.
