Regional Physical Security Manager

As the Regional Physical Security Manager at WinnCompanies, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of physical security. Reporting to the VP of Physical Security, you will play a critical role in assisting with the operations of physical security across Winn Portfolios. Your responsibilities include assisting sites with the selection and onboarding of third-party security vendors, monitoring security equipment, and ensuring maintenance is completed. You will also perform process and procedure audits, implement new policies, and respond to security incidents. Travel up to 75% of the time to various sites is required, making it a remote role with a travel component. This role offers hybrid schedules and requires residency in a state where WinnCompanies operates.
