Director, Product Marketing

As a Product Marketing Director at Descript, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our AI-native video editing platform to new customers. Your team will define and execute campaigns that fill our sales pipeline, and full-funnel GTM campaigns that reach self-serve customers. Your team will understand the industry, our prospects, and customers deeply. You will ensure the Product Marketing function is a center of strategic excellence able to represent the voices of prospects and customers, their motivations, use cases, and existing workflows.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define distinctive and memorable ways to position Descript’s offering, and develop campaigns that bring to life our most differentiating features. You’ll establish an enterprise marketing strategy that coordinates paid, content, and event strategies to ensure we’re educating the market on Descript’s enterprise offering, and bringing in high-quality leads.
