Operations Intelligence Manager

As Operations Intelligence Manager, you will be the operational brain behind how we forecast, plan, and optimize the operations needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers. evermore is growing fast, and this position will play a key role in ensuring our scale doesn’t come at the expense of efficiency or financial discipline—helping us build the infrastructure for sustainable, cost-effective growth. You’ll be tasked with identifying inefficiencies, building operational models, and driving margin improvements. Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, you'll map the production and service ecosystem, identify leverage points for efficiency gains, collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish KPIs and data dashboards, build a demand forecasting model, and present insights to senior leadership.
