Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through roofing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate repair scheduling and manage order placements to ensure timely service delivery.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm needs are met and assist with any additional requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations using empathy and de-escalation techniques effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in learning new CRM systems and customer service tools quickly.
