Job Description
The Executive Operations Manager will support key Strategy & Innovation and Office of the CEO priorities that includes high-level governance and executive support functions, balanced with the essential logistical and administrative duties. In this role, you will be a strategic and administrative liaison with Trevorβs Board of Directors, be an administrative owner in key operational tasks, and be a project manager to provide structure and action on key executive priorities. You will work with the Board, senior leaders, and staff to ensure collaboration, interconnectedness, and optimization in processes and stakeholder engagement related to Board management and key strategic and operational capabilities.
Responsibilities include Executive and Board Governance Management, serving as the primary administrative and logistical liaison to the Board of Directors and its Committees, ensuring clear and timely communication. This role involves managing the full annual lifecycle of Board activities, drafting agendas, preparing materials, capturing minutes, and maintaining the organizational repository for Board documents. The manager will also provide operational and administrative support for key cross-functional capabilities driven by the CEO's office, developing project roadmaps, and driving continuous organizational efficiency. The role requires managing administrative functions, providing logistical support, and identifying solutions for strategic and operational challenges. The Executive Operations Manager must also ensure key organizational documents are updated, demonstrate commitment to attention to detail, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
