Bertoni Solutions seeks a Professional Recruitment Intern to support the full cycle of IT talent attraction and selection. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, sourcing and publication, outreach and pre-selection, pipeline management, preparation of Business CVs, and continuous improvement research.
Requirements include being a student in the final cycles or recent graduates of careers related to HR, organizational psychology or related careers, 6+ months of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably IT, knowledge and management of recruitment platforms and advanced English.
