About the Role:
- Own the marketing strategy that grows the Culinary program across cooking classes and culinary-led services.
- Serve as the brand's culinary intelligence hub, bringing food culture and trends into the broader marketing framework.
- Deliver measurable improvements in class trial, repeat attendance, and cross-sell to hardgoods.
What You'll Do:
- Develop integrated marketing strategies for culinary programs aligned with enterprise and GTM priorities.
- Translate customer behavior and culinary trends into focused strategies driving trial and cross-sell.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, PR, and other teams to align messaging and execution.
