Job Description
The Resolution Adjuster is responsible for prompt and independent review of insurance claims, through effective research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants, and counsel. The Adjuster is assigned to mid-sized and / or mid-complexity claims in the line of business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrustβs mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust Claims organization.
Responsibilities include investigating claims, analyzing coverage, establishing and adjusting reserves, negotiating settlements, and managing time effectively. The role involves communication with various parties, including insureds, claimants, legal counsel, and medical professionals. The successful candidate will have a bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of claims handling experience, and strong knowledge of insurance practices.
