Job Description
Nava is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contract Lead to lead a key strategic program with an external customer. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both Agile and traditional project management, a data-driven approach to delivery, a proven track record of stakeholder management and maturing delivery processes including risk and change management. You'll partner with the Program Manager and cross functional leads to develop transparent reporting systems, scalable processes, and quality standards that enable consistent, high-impact execution.
Success requires excellent communication, strong technical acumen, exceptional client relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director of Project Management and requires 2–3 days per week on-site in New Jersey.
