Global Privacy Manager

This client-facing Global Privacy Manager position is responsible for leading privacy assessments, supporting global compliance initiatives, and managing relationships with a diverse client portfolio. While the majority of clients are based in China, the role also includes engagement with organizations across the United States, Europe, and other regions of Asia. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering TrustArc’s certification programs and privacy operations services, ensuring clients’ alignment with global privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and cross border data transfer frameworks. This includes providing strategic and practical guidance, drafting privacy documentation, and working cross-functionally to improve client outcomes and internal service delivery.
