WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Plan, design, and ship features across the team's core services.
- Break down complex problems, produce clean designs, and deliver maintainable, high-quality code.
- Own a Focus Area End to End, taking primary responsibility for a defined slice of Trust's surface area.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of software development experience, with a track record of owning projects end-to-end.
- Strong design instincts for backend systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain changes and write documentation.
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Fluent enough that programming language boundaries (Go, Kotlin, Java, C#, Python) do not slow you down.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools).
