Responsibilities:

  • Prepare initial pleadings, discovery responses, and summarize medical records and case materials.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with motion work and trial document preparation.
  • Support attorneys throughout litigation and assist in small claims defense and trial attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum completion of the 2nd year of law school, with a JD degree preferred.
  • Effective communication, writing, and analytical skills, with coursework in torts and civil procedure.
  • Must reside in Northern California and be eligible for company driving standards, with up to 20% travel.
