Revenue Operations Senior Manager

This role will have the following responsibilities:

-Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization.

-Build and maintain Asana project plans, workflows, and task assignments.

-Conduct Harvest project setups, monitor time allocation, and perform reviews.

Client Ownership & Strategic Support:

-Own key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

-Support audits across CRM/MAP environments, tracking, lead flow, and lifecycle automation.

-Translate technical insights into actionable, business-focused recommendations.

Execution & Technical Delivery:

-Effectively audit, scope and provide guidance on RevOps projects and retainers.

-Clients experience improved data accuracy, cleaner reporting, and better revenue insights.

-Mentor new hires, sharing technical processes and helping build our RevOps practice.
