Role Overview:
- Provide senior HSEQ leadership across Ramboll's EPC/EPCM project portfolio in the Americas.
- Support safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach and serve as primary advisor to project directors.
- Define scalable HSEQ organization structures and standardized execution plans.
- Coordinate HSEQ expectations across contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with large-scale EPC/EPCM exposure.
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder influence skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated base salary $136,497 to $197,515 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus or overtime.
