Job Description
The Yondr School Success Manager plays a central role in the life cycle of Yondr’s small school partners. They are responsible for ensuring partner success throughout the partner journey from onboarding to success and annual recommitment to being a Yondr phone-free school. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be accountable for successfully implementing the Yondr program and offering continued automated programming and inbound customer support that will guarantee partner success and relationship longevity. Manage the small school pool with ongoing automated outreach and inbound support. Assess needs for pouch fulfillment and place orders.
