Job Description

The Senior Sales Advisor for Chronosphere Logs will play a pivotal role in enabling Chronosphere’s go-to-market teams to successfully engage with high-potential prospects and customers. As a trusted expert in log observability, the Advisor addresses the most complex technical and operational challenges, instills confidence in prospects through deep product and industry knowledge, and ensures valuable field insights are relayed to product management. The mission is to accelerate adoption of Chronosphere Logs, drive successful evaluations, and influence product evolution based on market needs. The Advisor partners with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements for Chronosphere Logs. They understand and diagnose complex log observability challenges in customer environments, offering tailored solutions. The Advisor captures and synthesizes recurring challenges, feature requests, and market signals from engagements and collaborates with Product Management to shape product roadmap priorities.
