Finance Analyst (Startup, AI & International Focus)

What You'll Be Working:

• Supporting the monthly and quarterly close, building reporting packs for performance across Portugal, Spain, and Italy.
• Working on the forecast and annual budget, tracking actuals against plan and explaining variances.
• Digging into financial data to spot trends and anomalies, preparing reports for audits and client requests.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; based in Portugal and eligible for +Talento IEFP program.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, comfortable in Google Sheets, rigorous, self-managing, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• See AI and automation as tools to sharpen work; bonus for international experience or knowledge of Portuguese/Spanish/Italian financial rules.
