About the Role:
- Redpanda is building the Agentic Data Plane (ADP) for enterprise mission-critical agents.
- Forward Deployed Engineering embeds engineers directly with customers to build agents and integrations.
You Will:
- Build production-quality agents and data pipelines at customer sites.
- Work in unfamiliar codebases and environments, ramping quickly.
- Own technical deliverables from design to handoff, with documentation.
You Have:
- 6-10+ years of software engineering and customer-facing experience.
- Deep engineering skills in backend systems, data pipelines, and agent systems.
- Ability to operate in any codebase and communicate with customer engineering teams.
