As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, providing support and information. Responsibilities include developing and executing account plans to boost Fiserv revenue through strategic partnerships. Collaboration with retail clients will be essential, managing merchant products and solutions across areas like Acquiring, Encryption/Tokenization, and Fraud Mitigation. You'll establish strong, long-term relationships with major retailers, identify revenue-generating opportunities, lead partnership retention, and cultivate relationships across multi-level teams.
