Ooma is hiring a Software Engineer on the Telecommunications Platform Team to develop a geographically distributed and redundant calling platform.
This role supports the future of communications at Ooma, working on infrastructure that powers real communication at massive scale.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain a distributed calling platform capable of supporting millions of minutes and thousands of simultaneous sessions.
Work on cutting-edge AI features integrated directly into a carrier-grade platform.
Debug complex distributed systems issues and drive solutions end-to-end.

Experience We’re Looking For:

Recent college graduate with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with strong programming fundamentals.
Solid understanding of IP networking concepts and a self-starter mentality.
Collaborative spirit and an interest in AI at scale.
