Your Day to Day:
- Ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC Products.
- Onboard accounts inside of company SLAs and integrate existing customer equipment with cloud PBX.
- Develop APIs and automate services based on customer requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in Network Support with emphasis on Routing and Switching, and Unified Communications.
- Experience with AD, LDAP, SSO, VoIP, SIP, Asterisk, firewalls, and network security.
- Professional English proficiency (B2+) and ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
